Weak and rapid pulse
The main problem you would face would be rapid pulse. Sometimes it would be lower and then suddenly at its pick. That wont give you any good feeling which I can say with surety. Its really important to have your blood pressure in control and to keep it normal to ensure you are living a healthy life.
