Nose bleeding
Nose bleeding is another symptom. In order to have precautionary measures against hypotension don’t sit down or stand long periods and don’t suddenly bend down and change your posture and don’t drink too much alcohol at night.
Seek emergency medical help if you have indications of shock. Your doctor will probably only monitor you during routine exams if you constantly have low blood pressure readings but feel good. Even sometimes dizziness or light headedness is a relatively small problem, for example, as a result of mild dehydration during the sun too long or in a hot tub. However, if you have any signs or symptoms of hypotension, it is important to see your doctor because they may see serious problems and tell you when and what you do regarding hypotension.
